LEISTER VARIMAT Industry-proven automatic roof welding machine for wrinkle-free welding of today's roofing membranes. High quality, repeatable, consistent welds at high speeds. Available in welding seam widths of 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm. Models available for welding of PVC-P, ECB, EPDM, CSPE, TPO, and modified bitumen.

LEISTER VARIANT Time-tested standard for overlap welding of PE, PVC, ECB, EPDM, and CSPE roofing systems. Welding seam width of 40mm. Available in 220V/4200W or 380V/5200W. Same as the No. 4 plus No.4C kit.

LEISTER VARIANT PLUS Overlap welding of PE, PCV, ECB, EPDM, and CSPE roofing membranes close to edges. Welding speeds up to 3 meters/min depending on material. Tacho-generator drive system. Same as No. 4 with No. 4T kit. Other models available for modified bitumen and tape welding.

LEISTER UNIVERSAL Without trolley attachment, this tool is ideal for welding of PVC and Linoleum floor coverings. With trolley attachment, the tool provides excellent welds of PVC tarpaulins and films. Temperature infinitely controlled from ambient to 1202F.

LEISTER TWINNY S For overlap welding of geomembrane liners in tunnels, as well as in earthwork and civil engineering. Utilizes a combined hot air/hot wedge technology to provide high quality, reproducible welds. Available in a number of configurations to meet your tunnel construction or civil engineering application.

LEISTER TWINNY T High-tech version of the TWINNY S. Provides electronic display of welding parameters. Available with or without optional memory card data recorder. Temperature and welding speed are electronically-controlled independent of voltage fluctuations or various stresses due to ground variations.

LEISTER TWINMAT The "state-of-the-art" in overlap welding of geomembrane liners for earthwork and civil engineering made from PVC-P, HDPE, LDPE, PE-C, PP, ECB, EVA from 1.5 to 5mm thicknesses.
